Based on valuable broker feedback, we've reinvented the results screen to allow brokers to view all four products at a glance. This enhanced display highlights which options offer maximum borrowing capacity and those slightly below, helping brokers quickly identify the best fit for their customers. This streamlined view improves brokers' efficiency and decision-making.

Taking it to the Next Level: Introducing the Counter Offer Feature

To reduce site abandonment due to less favorable offers, we’ve introduced a traffic light system that lets users quickly gauge their application success likelihood. The new counter-offer feature further enhances the experience by presenting alternative options. Users can simply select their desired counter offer, and the system manages the rest, saving time and ensuring a smooth transition to a preferred option. This feature empowers users with more choices, leading to a personalized and satisfying mortgage application experience.

The upcoming Sandbox feature will transform the broker portal by allowing brokers to experiment with data in a secure environment. They can test adjustments, like changing pension timing or reducing debt, and instantly compare impacts against the original case data. A visual display will highlight affordability shortfalls, helping brokers quickly identify income-related issues. This tool saves time, streamlines evaluations, and supports more informed client discussions to optimize loan options. The Sandbox is not yet available, with functionalities dependent on ongoing development.
